My wife and I found Kies on-line and decided to give them a call. They arranged a time to meet us straight away and came out to the house, which made it really easy. When we signed the Agency Agreement the house was on-line and a sign up within a week. They kept in constant contact with me, and one of the biggest advantages with Kies is that they work as a team, so instead of having one agent I had the entire team! Great Policies
I chose to sell through Kies Real Estate because I liked their policies of “inspection by appointment only”, and “no sale, no charge”. As my house was a rental property, inspection by appointment also worked well for the tenant.
