Dear Michael,

Just a quick note to thank you for your help in the sale of my parent's home recently. From the first meeting with my parents you made them feel at ease and instilled confidence that you would do your utmost to ensure their home of 57 years was sold as quickly as possible for the correct value and with the least amount of inconvenience to them.

You did all that you promised, assisted when there were problems with finance/settlement etc. but most importantly you kept us informed at all times which really helped so much. I enclose a copy of an email sent today - hope you will not object.
