I have recently sold my house through the Jenman group. I sold my house through Kies Real Estate in Gawler and Peter Wiencke was my agent.

I am writing to let you know that Peter did an extraordinary effort  in selling my house. It took four contracts of sale to finally sell. These contracts fell through on finance. Peter was amazing after we lost the first contract. He had a second almost the same day. The second to third contract was almost as quick. For each and every contract he managed to talk the buyers up to the asking price.

To be able to do this once is expected, twice is good, three times is great and our fourth and final time, extraordinary. I was getting depressed in the apparent inability to find a suitable buyer and sell my house.  Peter did not; he seemed to be like the "energizer bunny" always on the go and finding potential buyers. Peter never seemed to have any time off; we often conversed after normal business hours. My house did require some minor maintenance and I live interstate. Peter was kind enough to arrange this for me. Again this proves that Peter goes beyond the call of duty of a real estate agent.

Even though Peter and I have never actually met each other face to face I feel that over time I did develop a rappport for him. I believe that one of the most important characterisitcs of a real estate agent is trust. I have tremendous trust in Peter.
