What a relief!

After having experienced different methods of sale there is no way we would go back to having open houses, price ranges and all the nonsense that goes with it.

We were on the market for 6 months and we were warn out. We then rang Peter at Kies who had sold us the house and he explained that what had happened to us was the standard conditioning that agents used to wear you down.  After listing our house we had only 2 qualified buyers come through and within the month the sold sign when up.
